Shipping policy

The Koze Post mail orders ship out during the first week of each month. (Unless noted otherwise)

For U.S. members, your mail typically arrives within 3–8 business days.
For international members, delivery can take anywhere from 2–6 weeks.

The cutoff to receive that month’s Koze Post is the last day of the month.
If you sign up on the last day, your first letter will arrive the following month.

All mail is sent via snail mail (a stamped envelope) to keep things affordable—so tracking is not included.

Once your order is fulfilled, please allow:
• Up to 7 business days for U.S. delivery
• Up to 21 business days for international delivery

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs, or local postal service delays.

Any changes to your shipping address must be made through the customer portal under your subscription profile. Click here to access your account.

If your order has already been processed, your update may not apply to the upcoming shipment. Feel free to email me with your order number and correct address, and I’ll do my best to update it for you.
