Where can I join the Koze Sticker Club?
There are two ways to enjoy KozeStars monthly sticker mail! You can choose a simple sticker subscription through my website or become a member on Patreon for additional perks and a peek into my creative world. ♡
1a. Website Subscription – Little Stars Sticker Club
Prefer to keep things simple? The Little Stars Sticker Club on my website is a basic monthly sticker subscription for anyone who loves receiving a little happy mail!
Each month, you'll receive:
- 2 new weatherproof vinyl stickers (approximately 1.5"–3")
- Monthly happy mail delivered straight to your mailbox
- U.S. stamped envelope shipping included (untracked)
Just stickers, happy mail, and a little joy in your mailbox. No additional membership extras!
1b. Is there a discount for subscribing through the website?
Yes! subscriptions through kozestars.com are slightly discounted at $4.50 per month instead of $5. you’ll receive the same 2 monthly stickers at a little lower price! ♡
2. Patreon Memberships – Little Stars Club & Lucky Stars Club
For those who would love a little more, you can join me on Patreon! Along with monthly sticker mail, Patreon members get access to exclusive content, creative updates, and opportunities to be part of the creative process.
There are two membership options:
Little Stars Club — $5/month
- 2 new weatherproof vinyl stickers each month (approximately 1.5"–3")
- Sneak peeks of upcoming art and ceramics
- Voting on future sticker designs
- Join anytime during the month for current month's rewards
- U.S. stamped envelope shipping included (untracked)

Lucky Stars Club — $7/month
Everything included in the Little Stars Club, plus:
- 1 additional inspirational vinyl sticker each month (3 stickers total)
- Sketchbook scans and creative process updates
- 15% discount on eligible KozeStars shop purchases

When will I receive my Koze mail?
Sticker mail is prepared and sent once or twice a month, typically during the first week of the month following your subscription. Depending on when you join and sticker availability, your order may be included in an earlier mailing batch.
Members can join anytime during the month and receive that month's rewards.
After your mail has been sent, please allow approximately 3–8 business days for U.S. delivery.
Where do you ship? 🌍
Currently, both website and Patreon sticker subscriptions are available for U.S. addresses only (excluding locations restricted by USPS).
International shipping isn't available just yet, but I hope to offer it in the future!
All happy mail is sent via regular stamped envelope to keep shipping affordable. Tracking is not included, and shipping is included in the subscription or membership price.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays or postal service delays.
How does billing work?
Website subscriptions and Patreon memberships are managed separately.
Website subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days from your initial purchase. You can manage, pause, or cancel your website subscription through the customer portal.
Patreon memberships are billed and managed directly through Patreon. You can change tiers, update your payment information, or cancel through your Patreon account.
How can I update my mailing address?
For website subscriptions, you can update your mailing address through the customer portal.
For Patreon memberships, please update your address through your Patreon account.
Please make sure your address is correct before the monthly mailing is prepared!
What if my mail doesn't arrive? 💌
Sometimes snail mail takes a little longer to find its way to you!
If your Koze mail hasn't arrived, please email me at hello@kozestars.com and I'll be happy to help. We can work out a replacement or refund for that month's mail if it gets lost.
